It comes with an extension for the back fastening that was really good as it was wearable without that extra few millimetres but more comfortable with and great if I have put on some weight. The cup fitting for me is just perfect, lined with cotton and the wider straps mean it doesn't cut into the shoulders. I will be back for another one !
