Just a note about the design : the resistors should have been further adjusted for a better balance between the light intensities of the different primary colors (decrease the green in order to get a better yellow when combined with red, and perhaps decrease both a bit further in order to get something close to white when combined with the used blue source). I can also fix this by myself by changing the 0805 resistors.
