This item arrived quickly. (USB 3.0 PCI-E Express Controller Card 2 External Port + Internal 19 Pin Connect). I have Windows 7 Pro 64-bit. It didn't come with software. I contacted the Mfg for software and their drivers didn't work. I contacted the seller next and they sent me software and drivers and it made Win7 recognize the card and it works. This is not plug and play for Win7. But contact the seller for software/drivers. I would buy from this seller again. Good Customer Service experience.
