When Joseph received my cartridge he said he could fix it with the existing tip for significantly less than the upgrade. I still went with the replacement upgrade. The fact that Joseph was that honest up front is rare in these days. The cartridge was returned to me quickly and sounds amazing. I would not hesitate to deal with Joseph. A+++ person.
