The bellows are good. When installing, be patient with the process. The video needs to be updated and more informative for the Fuji GS645. I had to bend the front frame to fit into the bellows slightly, and I'm assuming so did the installer on the video. After struggling to get it on, the video jumps to the frame inside the bellows. It really just takes a small curve of the frame inorder to fit into the bellows and it's easy to straighten out after it's in.
