I was just waiting for a month and finally I messaged them about it. I still didn’t hear from them, so I cancelled. That’s when they finally told me what was going on. Not happy about it. I could have made a more informed decision and possibly waited. It’s the lack of communication that irked me the most.

I do wish that all 1000 hadn't been sent in one big box which was bigger than the envelopes - this allowed them to slide around with several of the taped flaps of the mailers getting stuck to other envelopes.
