    This is a scam! I bought this battery 2 months ago and it failed on me yesterday. This battery as advertised as "genuine" but I opened it up after it broke and each of the 4 batteries was rated 10wh instead of 15, totalling up to a 40wh battery instead of the advertised 60. The battery sends fake information to your computer that says that is has the specifications of a real official battery. I should have returned it when it hadn't gone down even a single percentage of battery health in a week.

    THIS IS A FALSE COMMENT. I AM DELL REGISTERED PARTNER AND THIS BATTERY IS 100% GENUINE AS IT COMES FROM DELL REGISTERED PARTNER. THE BATTERY I SUPPLIED IT WAS IN FULLY WORKING ORDER. THE BUYER NEVER COMPANIED BEFORE, NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES. WHEN HE CONTACTED ME ABOUT THE PROBLEMS I ASKED TO SEND IT BACK FOR AN EXCHANGE BUT THIS BUYER REFUSED. HE PROVIDED FALSE PICTURES OF NOT MY BATTERY. THIS IS NOT RIGHT. REPORTED TO EBAY.
