Thanks for getting intouch. When sending out parts they are always given a quick wipe over before packing. Please accept my apologies that we did not take the extra time and care to ensure it arrived to you at the standard you expected. I would advise that in future if you would like a part that looks new it would be best to go to the main dealer and order from them, although it will cost 4x the cost of ours.
