These both arrived broken .I sent an email to the buisness and they replied the following day.They apologise for the damaged to the tubes and sent replacement tubes out.I received these two days later.These tubes had been much better packaged with fragile labels and bubble rap.I would not hesitate to order again and found there customer service to be very good.
