    The item never arrived. Shipping tracker showed it was never delivered to USPS for shipping. Seller responded several days after being contacted to tell them item had not arrived. Seller apologized and said there was a shipping problem. In spite of multiple requests for updated information the seller never responded after that. Very poor experience.

    I Purchased this part bc item said shipped from Tx. & needed it shipped to Oklahoma. Shipping delayed by 5 days & came from FL. ( note: says item ships in 1 day on listing) Took way to long so I no longer need part. Other major problem was that they wanted me to communicate outside of eBay if I had a issue. If you sell on eBay you should handle customers through eBay. I asked for a refund on Aug.20 but getting no response. I have reported these issues to eBay in hopes that seller will do right.

    shipping takes 3-7 days ...there is no returns but I will check and see if we can resolve this. Would a restocking fee be fair to you if i can have this worked out
