    It's a nice brace...But there's no Gel....I cut it open at the knee because I have a cracked kneecap for several weeks in a big hospital brace & wanted something I could put on when I'm in bed ...just to rest it....it has a rubber circle in the knee....but no Gel guys...So...keep it real....it's nice brace...just no Gel.
