It doesn't appear to be rubber but a realistic plastic, but I could be wrong, as the price was far cheaper than others on the market. Only time will tell. The supplier was very efficient and delivery via post quick Mike

It was the right size, but the material the ferrule was made of, just wouldn't stretch sufficiently to allow it to go over the end. we did mage with the second one , but only just. Maybe I should have heated it a bit first.
