However, I received 2 Identical Tiny box chains, but at different prices which I thought would reflect the difference between them. When I wrote to ask the seller about this issue the day I received them a week ago, I never heard back. So, now I have 2 of the less expensive tiny box chains at a lesser and greater price. They are fine for what they are, but I feel ignored.

That said, when I realized right after ordering that it was 2mm instead of 4mm, which is what I had wanted to order, I notified the seller to cancel the order, but apparently they either didn't see my email or had already shipped it. Rather than returning it, I've decided to keep it anyway.

I attempted to contact the seller twice, over a 5 day period, with zero response. As a seller myself, I typically don't leave (-) feedback, but there's just no excuse for ignoring customer issues. This could have been rectified so easily! Now, I'm happy to modify this feedback, should the seller follow up & resolve. As it stands, I have to assume that the lack of response is intentional, thereby justifying this feedback.
