Installed per instructions, worked for a week then quit. Spent a good bit of my own time checking and testing connections before contacting seller. Jumped through all his testing and checks too. Said he'd send me another camera to try. That was on 5/4. 5/16 today no tracking or camera. Now every time I put car in reverse I have the click "ok" to get radio to return to regular use.

All the products I sell have a 1-year warranty, but I have not received any further reply from you. Is there any misunderstanding between us? I am more worried about installation errors.
