The item was new and it appeared to be made from ABS plastic although it was too small. I contacted the seller for a refund and they wanted to give me $10 and then $20 on the $60 dollar item and I wasn’t interested. The seller agreed to give me a refund and I just mailed it back today. The pictures show the item on EBay and then on our Land Cruiser.
