The colors don’t look like the pictures shown on item listing. Color is super faded.

I am not sure how this is the case as we make everything in-house but I don't want anyone to have less than expected and we have shipped a replacement. I have personally made sure the colors a bright and vibrant and have spoken with my shipping team to make sure this doesn't happen again.

I ordered License plates. The seller sent me a tiny cup with a Mexican flag printed on it. I contacted the seller and they said the orders got mixed up and I was sent the wrong item. I offered to mail their cup back at my expense but they said no need.They promised to mail me my license plates but I haven't heard from them again. It is almost two months now since I placed my order and I haven't received my license plates. Last time I had a chat was May 7th 2024...scam?!
