The shipping Delay Problem, was caused by USPS in Memphis, TN . This item, is as advertised, New, and seems to be Good Quality. I have not installed these parts, yet ! It will take some Time, to install these parts, because My 2003 Ford 4G Alternator, will have to be Completely disassembled. I will buy from this Seller, again.
