    Seller was out of town. Apologized to buyer and ask if items can ship via priority mail on seller expense but buyer declined and asked for refund. Seller fully refunded buyer and did not take any money like buyer stated in comment. It was just unfortunate that buyer received refund money fully and still stated that seller took the money and give negative feedback.
