The laptop was in like new condition, with a more advanced operating system than advertised, I only got 8gb of memory instead of 16gb with no business office, but I preferred the Apple versions. Never mind though it is an excellent machine I can't see why it is a grade B because there is no signs of wear. It was also delivered on time. What else can I say except well pleased!

I ordered a laptop from this seller and they chose to send me a much lower spec model to that which I had ordered in the apparent hope that I would not notice or care. I returned the item and after a lot of chasing they did refund me. Communication, quality and service are poor. I will not be using USMAC again.
