This steering wheel was shipped to international buyer. Perhaps steering wheel specs are different than USA. 100% of our inventory comes from G.M. USA assembly plant overstock inventory that does not carry over to next model year. Grip is the same specs as what came out from the show room floor. This customer asked EBay for a refund and kept the steering wheel. Another loss for a hardworking ebay seller with nearly 5,000 Ebay sales to 99.9% happy customers.
