I'd happily buy from this seller again, they were very professional in all aspects of the transaction. I noticed all the DIMMs had the batch numbers in sequence with eachother. I'm not sure I've seen a seller on Ebay put that kind of thoughtfulness into packing parts -- it's a known fact that RAM from the same manufacturing batch will always work better in a quad-channel configuration.

The shipping and delivery was within an acceptable time frame. I am happy with what I paid and it arrived it good condition. So far I haven't had any stability issues, so it seems that this is fully working.
