An item was subsequently delivered by EVRI on the 31st. The item did not match advert picture. I had to cut off the ears blocking the plastic latch to get it to fit. Not impressed with the poor delivery and a different substituted item. Needed the part quickly otherwise the part would have gone back with all the inconvenience that would have been involved. Much time lost and wasted.
