    Great item, looks to be good quality and much less expensive than others. Only issue was the seller uses FedEx, and FedEx can only manage to deliver within about a quarter mile of the correct address in our area. Spent an hour on the phone with FedEx automated answering service and finally had to walk up and down our mile looking for the picture of the door where FedEx left our package. W eventually got the package after an hour of searching, but won't buy from anyone who ships FedEx again.
