Tiller arrived with a broken engine case, a broken intake manifold and a broken air cleaner, there was no packaging in the box. Contacted seller originally wanted to refund me $15, and have me take it to a repair center. I said I wanted a full refund then offered a $50 refund and still refused to give a full refund, seller wanted to me to send it back.
