    Item received exactly when expected and was actually in better condition than they described. Laptop came in large box well packaged inside with loads of bubble wrap. Good value for the laptop specs. Overall very good experience. Hopefully I won't need another new laptop for a while but if I do ill be coming back here to see what else they've got.
