    Great costumer support and shipping. I bought the laptop and even though it took more time than it was supposed to because there was a mistake with the shipping label the seller took the time to notice me and answer all my questions. When it arrived I noticed that the right USB port was not working. I talked with them and they offered me a 100 refund. Even though after a couple days of using the laptop I decided to return it because it was not powerful enough they accepted with no questions.

    Condition: Exactly as described, open box but new, no signs of use at all.
