The package arrived at my house with the box badly damaged, to the point that the post office added a letter of apology when they taped it back up. Despite that, the shelf arrived in great shape due to an excellent packing job. 5 stars

Even with fedex delivery, we know they just chunk fragile labeled stuff around, she had it packaged very well so that it took no damage. It looks great and runs pretty darn well. I am going to break it apart and oil the motor through its ports to take away a little of the sound. That is normal for fans like this and I knew it would be this way. I would 100% buy from this seller again.
