Its video resolution is 1080 pixels for pleasing picture quality.This Onkyo delivers a minimum of 100 watts of continuous power per return channel at 8 ohm loads. It is two channels driven, which allows for flexibility when switching from one mode to another. With a frequency response of 20 Hz to 20 kHz, you can enjoy a full range of sounds in harmonies and all genres of music. The unit has a maximum total harmonic distortion of 0.08 percent, which means that every note is crisp and clear.Additionally, this TX-SR608 also has output ports for your other audio equipment. It has two left and right outputs for speakers so that you can get a surround stereo experience. It has 2EQ for equalization of sound through left and right speakers. This technology delivers a great sound no matter where you are located in a room.The Onkyo 608 backs up the HDMI connections with RGB cables that will let you hook up your PC. By connecting the Onkyo receiver to your computer, you can play MP3 audio files. Connecting these TX-SR608 receivers to your desktop or laptop computers also allows you to stream Internet radio. If you enjoy playing a Blu-ray disc or DVDs on your computer's media drive, this A/A setup immerses you in sound. The component video facilitates fast connections with older televisions without built-in HDMI.The black TX-SR608 also includes a universal port that serves Onkyo-branded peripherals. This will make connecting your existing equipment to the Onkyo receiver effortless. It maintains the same level of quality on the audio end with lossless Dolby and Audyssey DSX standards, which deliver a satisfying experience. The Dolby Pro Logic produces balanced tones for each speaker. This gear also has built-in software for HD radio, an AM/FM tuner, and a standard 3.5 millimeter headphones jack. The receiver also supports iPod connections. The product's measurements are 6.93 inches in height by 17.13 inches in width, and it weighs 25.4 pounds. The Onkyo brand name is stamped on both the front and rear of the unit.With a compatible remote, you can change the mode of operation, adjust the volume, mute music, and change the speaker's balance. You can also use it to control the radio frequency channels, program presets, and tune in a new digital channel on Internet radio.
