    What to say. First off, the i received the product damage it happens. But the communication with lorrainegerra was 100% terrible, not only did he accuse me of "scamming him or damaging the product my self" but who the heck videos them self unboxing their items, that is not something someone normally does. He ultimately did refund me which i am thankful for. Here is some friendly advises, try treating each individual customer with respect and do not assume the are scamming you.

    I took it to a repair shop for a second opinion and the repair guy said it looked deliberately done and this is a buyers remorse stunt. I would've happily accepted a normal return but as an individual seller you have to be cautious and it's not unreasonable to ask for proof before blindly accepting returns. I honored your request and I thought everything was resolved but leaving negative feedback is childish
