    Phone arrived as described but the handset was broken in several pieces. There should have been more cushioning materials inside the box, perhaps even wrapping the handset for more protecting. Unfortunately, there is little anyone can do to control how roughly packages get handled during shipping. For that reason, more cushioning inside each box becomes even more necessary. Seller did ship me a replacement handset which arrived undamaged. I would recommend this seller! Very responsive!
