    The item listed for sale was inadvertently designated as a powered locomotive. The box was labeled as such. The locomotive when received is a “ dummy” unit. These mistakes can happen to any seller. Once I brought this information to the attention of the seller he quickly, and I must say very generously, offered two ways to make things right.
