The box had slight taped area but overall decent shape for open box. Inside , the product still had protective stickers, all cables looked to be unused (still with the cable ties like from the factory). Overall no clear sign of use

A ruse for their error. I'll keep the two Beetles, which otherwise work as expected, thank you.
