    Unit was packaged fairly well, wrapped in bubblewrap. I was not informed that unit was missing a thumb screw to secure the video card inside the eGPU, but the unit works properly. I have to source and purchase a thumb screw myself. Seller communicated very well and responded to my questions in a very timely manner. Seller helped me troubleshoot an issue that I was able to resolve.
