    I received my purchased item today by FedEx. My printer came in the original box. The Epson printer is of good quality and more than affordable. The Epson printer looks brand new and was packaged very well for shipment. Great communication with the seller and the seller shipped my item fast.     The product arrived home in terrible condition, although they say it's grade A. It's not what they describe. The way they package this type of product is terrible. The machine is working at 30% capacity. I didn't return the product because I urgently needed it, waiting for the shipping process, and returning the product would have taken much longer. The seller didn't solve anything for me, even when I told him he would at least refund me 50% of what I paid. And his response has been null.
