    Received item quickly, as described. Although the item was in new condition and included all documentation and mounting hardware, batteries were not recognized on power on and unable to charge, requiring new batteries. Seller intially offered to fund battery replacement or accept return. I was willing to split the cost, as the price on the UPS was very reasonable and batteries ~$100.00, but seller went silent after I purchased replacements, otherwise would have been 5-star review.
