    The controller was advertised as lightly used but when I received it, it was definitely used more than slightly based off of appearances not visible in the listing pictures. When I connected the controller to my Xbox and entered the controller testing, several buttons did not work as they should. I contacted the seller and told them what I had discovered and asked for a partial refund. The seller was very cordial and understood my frustrations. Thank you seller for your professionalism.
