Once I was diagnosed with breast cancer I was overwhelmed with the urge to find out everything about it and explore all available choices. I knew only to some degree I could rely on doctors. None of my friends or relatives had the knowledge or experience in fighting cancer. It was all up to me. I had to understand every aspect of my new life; I needed to know what path to take, physically and emotionally, in order to become cancer free. I have started the process of reading many books, researching, browsing the internet and found myself overwhelmed with the information available. Each day I was learning something very important and each day I was forgetting some of the important lessons from the day before. The only way to keep the knowledge was to start writing down the essence of everything I wanted to remember and apply to my life. This is how this book has started. Today I am cancer free and would like to share my experiences and lessons with other woman. The life changes I made based on the knowledge I passionately absorbed amaze me, my dream is to share everything I have learned with women that were diagnosed with cancer so they can have clear choices going forward. I also hope that I will inspire other woman to live a preventive lifestyle.I feel that my book is different because is built upon many books currently on the market, but only the essence of each book or internet article is included in my writing. This approach makes it simple and easy to understand and absorb. It is based on true experiences described chronically, from January till September. All topics are enthusiastic and positive, teach how to master essential life skills. The reader will not only be drowned into my life story but will learn how to fight and prevent cancer.
