I could tell from the photos that the box was not in perfect shape; it appeared that maybe some stickers had been removed? I was okay with that, but a "new" item is supposed to come "in its original packaging"; Jim Shore figures are packaged in styrofoam inside their box, but this came without any styrofoam. The item is in very good condition, and I got it for a good price. Shipping was very quick. All things considered I am satisfied.
