I filled the vacant areas with outdoor foam cushions, so that it couldn't move in the box. Yes, I cut the height down, so that it was a perfect size. But, FedEx didn't damage it. This buyer (1st eBay transaction) refused eBay's international shipping and had some other service deliver it to Vietnam, who obviously dropped it hard.

He altered a carton box that just fitted the wood frame of the royal geographical society millenium version glove with just a little soft linen and when I received the item the wood frame is broken badly. In addition he (or whatever he said) charged more than $460 to ship this 30 lbs package from MD to OR by fedex ground.
