She has the audacity to blame her partner for not fulfilling a simple packaging request when she's the one that is being communicated with by the customer. (Found out using the eBay messaging system, and documented). Wild. Just keep that in mind when buying from Tina: just a customer service front and cash grabber while her partner fulfills the delivery efforts.
