I didn’t notice any damage to this magazine prior to selling. The cover was in great shape and I didn’t see any issues when I leafed through it before selling. I must have missed something, although I’m not sure what the cutouts were the buyer is referring to. Bottom line is a complete refund was issued but the neutral feedback was given without any communication for me to make things right.
