    I offered a lower price for this item and the seller accepted. Since this item had been in stock for a while I asked the question “This is NEW right”? This seemed to offend the seller. The item arrived in a box designed for two items, not one. There was no packing material surrounding the item at all. When I had the temerity to ask about this lack of packing, the seller responded that I had gotten a lower price. How does that equate? They did not have to accept the price. It was their choice.
