The inside had some ink stains which I was aware of and able to mitigate. The reason I rated it a 4 rather than a 5, is because the purs needed a good vacuuming out as there was dust, lint, hair, etc. in the bottom and corners of the bag when I received it. Seems like cleaning it out would have been a basic courtesy. It only took a few minutes to correct, and I am pleased with the purchase.
