      This item was exactly what was in the photos and title. I have sold many of the exact same item. The buyer contacted me and ask me for a partial refund. He said he's wasn't satisfied with the item. I offered to send him a label and give him a full refund upon Receiving my item back. He said wanted to keep the item he didn't want to return it. If it was a bait and switch, he would have gladly returned it to get a full refund. I try to do my best to make each customer happy.
