Then he claimed that I returned it broken. I never even hooked it up or plugged it in, so if he received it broken, he shipped it to me broken; probably so he wouldn't have to honor the refund. Thankfully eBay refunded me about half my original payout, so it wasn't a total loss. I would never do business with this shady character again.
