Not enough protection to heavy radio and box also damaged. I connect the cable to my car and its doesn’t turn on. I requested for return. Seller said he professionally tested. And telling me my car wire have problem. I returned it and seller said he will check it. I said ok. And now seller said someone changed somekind of board inside and disassemble. The listing photos clearly show the radio was powered on and fully functional before shipping. Each radio’s board has a unique serial number matching the case. Upon return, we found the radio had a different board with a non-matching serial number, indicating the board had been swapped out.
