That's probably because they sent it by DHL, the worst shipping company you could possibly use. Also, my R36S barely even fits in the case. It's obvious this case wasn't really created for that specific console. However, I did recieve it, and I can squeeze the R36S inside it. But I highly recommend to others that you go and buy a different case if you need one.
