But more importantly, returning is basically impossible. Yes, returns are accepted. But just because it cost him $4 to ship FROM Japan, does not mean you can ship for the same costs. In fact, it costs AT A MINIMUM $140 to ship from the US back to Japan. Think very carefully about whether you want to risk buying something you can't afford to return.
