The seller was shouty and told me I machine washed the shoes without even asking. I explained I hand washed them w dawn soap bc they smelled bad. He got shouty again and defensive about the shoes being stinky. I don’t understand why he was fighting. I was just letting him know. I didn’t even ask for money back or anything. I have washed 1000 pairs of shoes by hand and never once the sole fell off. Besides, all shoes are treated with special means and extremely stinky can't be.You have washed shoes in a washing machine on the wrong mode and you know it! You can't shift the responsibility for your wrong decisions to another person, it is wrong.I wasn't rude but responded to rudeness.I apologized and offered a refund, but the request from you hasn't received!Instead, you chose to write a bad feedback
