However, because nothing was broken, I was able to disassemble the cluster and give it a full cleaning which made it look like brand new. I am so excited about this because I was able to install it in my wifes car with the adapter (sold separately) in her Camaro LS2. Shipping costs were ok, but since it arrived FAST and was packages excellently, I would have no problem paying them again.
